Victor J. Hinojosa is Associate Professor of Political Science in the Honors Program at Baylor University where he specializes in Latin American politics and U.S.-Latin American relations. His current book project explores the use of terrorism in Colombia’s internal armed conflict. He is the author of Domestic Politics and International Narcotics Control (Routledge 2007, 2012) and his articles have appeared in journals and compilations including Political Science Quarterly, the Journal for the Scientific Study of Religion, and Terrorism and Political Violence.
