Keith Noble
Dr. Keith Noble, in addition to serving as the Miami Office Director for Pinkerton Consulting and Investigations, Inc., is a Senior Fellow at the Jack D. Gordon Institute for Public Policy at Florida International University. Dr. Noble has supervised large, dispersed multinational operations; and has expertise in strategic planning and business development. He has also built dynamic, high-profile liaison partnerships (both foreign and domestic); and supervised the collection, production and dissemination of value-added intelligence products and services.
Dr. Noble previously served in multiple senior leadership positions with the Central Intelligence Agency for nearly a decade. During his tenure with the Agency, Dr. Noble negotiated several bilateral foreign intelligence agreements; produced all-source reports and analyses for senior U.S. policymakers, including President’s Bush and Obama; and successfully completed numerous overseas assignments. Dr. Noble is the author of more than thirty classified intelligence reports and analyses, and has delivered more than twenty domestic and international lectures on U.S. foreign policy, global democratization initiatives, and political stability.
Dr. Noble holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in International Relations & Comparative Politics from Miami University, and a B.A. in Political Science from Capital University.
