Hosted by FIU’s Jack D. Gordon Institute for Public Policy and the Kimberly Green Latin American and Caribbean Center (LACC), the 8th Annual Hemispheric Security Conference will bring together government representatives, academics, and industry leaders to discuss the most prevailing security threats facing the Western Hemisphere.
Streaming will be simultaneously translated in Spanish and Portuguese.

About the organizer
The Jack D. Gordon Institute for Public Policy (JGI) was founded in 1985 to offer students, faculty and the community alternative learning opportunities in public policy and citizenship development. As an Intelligence Community Center for Academic Excellence (IC-CAE), JGI has been able to enhance the academic experience through speakers, colloquia, seminars, library resources, faculty support, student scholarships and assistance with obtaining internships and employment opportunities.
