Intelligence Failures Series: The Cuban Missile Crisis

The Intelligence Failures Series hosted by Dr. Brian Latell allows students to participate in simulated exercise replaying the Cuban Missile Crisis. Dr. Latell is a Senior Research Associate at JGI and previously served in the CIA, and taught at Georgetown University and the University of Miami. Workshop is open to all FIU students, preference given to students in the National Security Studies Certificate.

Gordon Institute for Public Policy and the Kimberly Green Latin American Caribbean Center. The theme for this year's conference is "Security in the Changing Geopolitical Landscape." This conference is co-sponsored by the U.S. Army War College, the Intelligence Community-Center for Academic Excellence, and U.S. Southern Command.
